Waste Aid 

We’re excited to launch our new COGSY program, Waste Aid, aimed at helping Gladstone create a circular economy. Our mission is to train COGSY kids and the community to reuse industrial waste, reducing our throw-away culture. With the knowledge and expertise of our trainers, we will teach practical business models for sustainability.

 COGSY Kids

COGSY, in collaboration with Deploy Workforce Solutions, offers a structured 6-week pre-employment industry transition program. This program prepares youth for entry into various industries by providing training on industry site requirements and job readiness skills.

Beneficiaries: Young job seekers aged 18-25, especially those looking to enter the workforce for the first time.

The Gladstone Careers Expo event is held annually and features a wide range of information and trades demonstration stalls. Students are provided an opportunity to speak with trained staff in various fields to get a real understanding about potential further study options, industries and occupations.
